Job Summary

Own the overall compensation framework and help deliver strategic reward initiatives within the People Experience team. Lead remuneration strategy and reward framework design, run annual and cyclical compensation reviews, and perform job evaluation and benchmarking using Willis Towers Watson methodologies. Partner with the business to formulate salary recommendations, support DEI reward initiatives, and collaborate with senior reward leaders on project delivery.

•Assist the Reward & HR Operations Director to deliver strategic ASOS Reward initiatives.
•Lead compensation framework ownership and implementation of ASOS reward philosophy across the business.
•Manage the design of new remuneration strategies, programs, and reward frameworks.
•Run annual and cyclical compensation review processes for all employees.
•Support job evaluation and benchmarking and partner with the business to formulate salary recommendations.

•Exposure to HR Information Systems (Workday desirable).
•Ability to project manage, work with confidential information, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
