Job Summary

Sales Support Agent at ARRISE will manage daily integration tasks, track progress, prepare requirements for the integration team, and ensure seamless transitions between Business Development, Account Management, and integrations. You’ll oversee feature implementations, resolve client inquiries, and support the Account Management team to ensure live products and successful go-live for clients in the iGaming space.

Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the integrations list on a daily basis and follow up on new and ongoing integrations
•Prepare all required documentation for the integration team and ensure smooth transitions between departments
•Ensure that the operator can implement all special features required to go live (bonus, DGA, Auto pay out)
•Follow project management procedures to ensure timely completion of projects and resolve onsite problems
•Develop and maintain good relationships between clients, BDM, AM, integrations and sales staff to support team objectives
