Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate employee engagement activities and planning for all-hands, town halls, and leadership events.
  • •Draft, coordinate, and distribute leadership communications, including presentations, newsletters, and talking points.
  • •Manage internship program activities, including onboarding tracking, engagement, project assignments, and milestones.
  • •Maintain site investment initiative tracking and reporting across stakeholders, including spend tracking and executive summaries.
  • •Support records management, business continuity planning, and organizational reporting to improve operational excellence.
