Job Summary

Support credit risk management as an Asset-Based Lending (ABL) Collateral Analyst by monitoring collateral, verifying borrowing bases, and identifying/escalating exceptions. Process collateral information for an assigned portfolio, run ineligible calculations, and reconcile Accounts Receivable aging while updating inventory reports using borrower and core-system data. Partner with credit teams to protect portfolio integrity, meet daily balancing/deadlines, and own special projects as assigned.

•Process collateral information daily, including payment application, sales assignment reviews, and inventory validation for an assigned portfolio of 12–15 accounts.
•Perform ineligible calculations on a daily/weekly/bi-monthly/monthly schedule and ensure calculation accuracy.
•Reconcile Accounts Receivable aging and update inventory reports by validating borrower-provided data against the core system.
•Identify exceptions and potential risks, escalating issues to management with recommended solutions.
•Meet daily deadlines for balancing and end-of-day close; take ownership of additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
•Intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with ABL systems is a plus.
