  • •Drive the largest and most complex cross-functional programs end-to-end, from framing the problem through landing outcomes.
  • •Set and raise the standard for how complex engineering programs are run.
  • •Own delivery mechanics: planning, dependency and risk management, and the operating cadence that keeps programs on track.
  • •Make delivery predictable and visible with clear owners, timelines, and trusted status reporting.
  • •Drive cross-team coordination, unblock dependencies, and surface and manage risk early; partner with engineering and product to sequence and resource plans.
