Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a global People Relations services team and manage case-support resources across geographies.
  • •Oversee and advise on complex employee relations cases including performance concerns, misconduct, grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • •Ensure robust case governance and consistent, fair handling with appropriate sensitivity to legal considerations and employee experience.
  • •Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, HR Business Partners, and internal specialists to ensure investigations are impartial and well governed.
  • •Coach managers on early, effective handling of difficult employee situations and translate case trends into improvements to policies, training, processes, and service delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Law, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • •Typically, 10+ years of relevant experience in employee relations, HR business partnering, labor/employment advisory, investigations, or related people functions.
  • •Strong hands-on experience managing complex and sensitive employee matters with sound judgment, quality, and risk attention.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or developing others to build team capability and performance.
  • •Strong understanding of employment law concepts, case management principles, investigations, and performance-related processes, including fair and consistent decision-making.
