Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles directly to customers using Carvana’s custom car haulers while providing a positive, customer-facing experience. Load and unload vehicles, inspect haulers to ensure safe driving, complete customer paperwork, and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system. Maintain a clean driving record in line with CMV Driver Qualification standards, working shift hours from 11am–9pm with rotating days off.
