Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and train the store team to deliver brand stories and product knowledge, ensuring effective merchandising, stock handling, and base operational tasks.
  • •Respond to customer needs with expert product recommendations, create cutting-edge store experiences, and provide on-the-floor training to improve team skills and customer satisfaction.
  • •Deliver feedback and coaching using the why/what/how framework to improve guest experience and team happiness.
  • •Actively listen to customer needs, anticipate sports requirements, and plan product training for new releases and campaigns.
  • •Partner with the store manager to execute daily work plans, handoffs, and smooth operations while maintaining brand standards.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in supervisory/training roles
  • •Strong customer service focus with ability to lead a team and deliver brand storytelling
  • •Basic English communication skills; willingness to engage customers in English when needed
  • •Flexible working hours including weekends/holidays in a fast-paced retail environment
  • •Knowledge of product knowledge, merchandising, stock management, and cashier operations
