Key Responsibilities

  • •Read, understand, and communicate complex customer requirements; develop and manage proposal schedules; draft proposal outlines; manage section authors and deadlines across the company; gather technical information for commercial/government proposals; craft executive summaries and tailored proposal text; resolve issues about proposal text, figures, and tables; identify and develop supporting graphics; edit for clarity and readability; fact-check and ensure accuracy; ensure formatting and editorial style; guide documents through reviews and approvals; prepare documents for print and delivery; improve templates and streamline the proposal process; maintain repository of proposal information; support Mission Management, Sales, and SpaceX organizations with editing, writing, publication, and communication
