Key Responsibilities

  • •Process equipment and materiel turn-ins from U.S. Army units per AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Verify turn-in documentation accuracy/completeness and conduct visual inspections with correct condition code (A–H) assignment.
  • •Identify, segregate, and properly tag unserviceable, reparable, or excess items; maintain accountability throughout the turn-in process.
  • •Enter and maintain timely, accurate records in Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP) and assist with reconciliation/discrepancy research and property adjustments.
  • •Store and stage equipment safely, operate material handling equipment as required, and support audits/Property Accountability Reviews and inspections.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of logistics, warehousing, or supply experience (Army or contractor environment preferred).
  • •Knowledge of Army logistical functions and familiarity with turn-in, supply, or property accountability operations.
  • •Proficiency with Army supply/property regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and equipment/serviceability coding standards.
  • •Ability to interpret and process supply documentation (e.g., DA and DD forms) and maintain accurate records.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and obtain Tier 1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility; must have a valid driver’s license with proof of vehicle insurance and a REAL ID.
