Job Summary

Supervise and develop the Host/Butler team to deliver exceptional, personalized guest service at One&Only Royal Mirage. Lead daily briefings, shift handovers, grooming and professional standards, and ensure VIP arrival experiences, in-room check-ins/outs, and signature butler services are consistently executed. Coordinate with multiple departments to manage guest preferences, requests, bookings, and documentation, while maintaining cleanliness, readiness, and seamless resort experience aligned with LQA and Forbes standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise, guide, and support the Host/Butler team to deliver exceptional personalized service to guests.
•Encourage trust, respect, and cooperation; ensure grooming standards and professional behavior across the team.
•Conduct daily briefings and coordinate shift handovers for seamless service delivery.
•Train, coach, and develop team members, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and service standards (LQA and Forbes).
•Oversee guest experiences: VIP welcome, in-room check-ins/outs, butler services, guest preferences, complaints, documentation, and cross-department coordination.

Key Requirements

•Successfully completed A levels; a Diploma in Hotel Management is an advantage.
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call center in acknowledged resorts or hotels.
•Speak English fluently.
•Experience with Opera PMS, Microsoft Office, Seven rooms, Guest messaging Hub and Alice (preferred).
•Strong verbal and written communication, guest management, and ability to work under pressure.
