Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain target HR technology architecture across domains and develop a multi-year architecture roadmap
  • •Set 3P vs 1P boundaries, including guardrails for configuration vs customization vs 1P extensions
  • •Establish standard patterns for HR data models, integrations, and identity/entitlements/access control
  • •Lead architecture for foundational horizontal “sources of truth” HR systems and ensure requirements for completeness, correctness, timeliness, and auditability
  • •Review solution designs, provide architectural direction to engineering, represent HR architecture to vendors/partners, and lead decommissioning/complexity reduction efforts

Key Requirements

  • •8–12+ years in enterprise engineering/architecture roles, with significant experience as a Solutions/HR Tech/ERP architect or equivalent
  • •Hands-on experience architecting ecosystems with multiple 3P HR systems and custom 1P services
  • •Deep understanding of at least one major HCM/HR suite (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM), including integrations and extension patterns
  • •Understanding modern integration patterns and data modeling for people/HR domains, including security, privacy, and compliance expectations for employee data
  • •Demonstrated ability to operate as a horizontal architect across multiple teams and influence stakeholders with clear, data-driven arguments
