Job Summary

Deliver a first-class client welcome by greeting customers, engaging on the floor, and coordinating appointments to ensure a seamless customer journey. Key Responsibilities

•Provide a warm first welcome, greet customers on entry, and maintain a positive professional attitude.
•Engage with customers on the floor, introduce them to relevant team members, and coordinate appointments.
•Support the Leather Department by reassuring customers, answering first questions, managing waiting time, and facilitating handover to sales and service teams.
•Act as an in-store concierge by sharing recommendations for Mayfair and London and fostering relationships with nearby hotel concierge personnel.
•Coordinate refreshments and VIP support (teas/coffees and light lunch), uphold store standards, and share feedback on improvements or potential issues.
