Originate residential first mortgage loans from outside referrals, taking responsibility from application through closing. Build realtor and builder referral relationships, maintain expertise in mortgage policies, loan products, and underwriting/closing guidelines, and follow escalation protocols. Use tools like Fannie Mae Form 1003, daily rates, applicant credit reports, and systems to transmit loans to LOMAS. Manage the full loan pipeline, provide timely updates, and maintain strong customer service while attending Consumer Lending meetings.
