Job Summary

Serve as NOCD’s Member Advocate by conducting 100% remote consultative intake conversations with people seeking OCD support. Empathically listen to highly sensitive concerns, address complex objections (including financial and scheduling hesitations), and guide members to enroll by scheduling their first ERP therapy session. You’ll be coached on call quality and KPI tracking while using multiple platforms to manage outreach, scheduling, and communication efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct elevated consultative intake conversations via outbound calls with individuals seeking help.
•Practice empathic deep listening and clearly explain how NOCD’s specialized ERP therapy helps members regain control.
•Handle complex objections (financial concerns, scheduling hesitations, fear of starting therapy) using objection-handling techniques.
•Drive enrollment conversions by owning the initial relationship and scheduling the first therapy session by end of contact.
•Receive and implement coaching on call quality, metric tracking, and conversational delivery.

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of experience in consultative sales, enrollment, or high-stakes intake measured against KPIs.
•Exceptional emotional stamina and the ability to shift from an empathetic conversation to a structured enrollment close.
•Strong communication skills to discuss complex mental health topics with clarity, authority, and warmth.
•Ability to manage multiple software platforms, scheduling systems, and communication channels in a fast-paced startup environment.
•High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred.
