Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and improve processes for creating, transferring, and approving technical specifications.
  • •Optimize and standardize specification lifecycle stages (EVT/DVT/PVT/mass production).
  • •Develop access rights matrices and change-approval logic for specification updates (Change Management).
  • •Study the current NPI process and collect requirements from stakeholders across R&D, Supply Chain, and Production.
  • •Translate business requirements into technical tasks (ТЗ/BRD/SRS) for automating NPI and maintaining a unified specification registry, including integration logic and UAT support.

  • •3+ years as a business analyst/system analyst, with practical experience in NPI processes.
  • •Understanding of product specification structure (Bill of Materials, tech cards, technical requirements, Master Data).
  • •Experience with requirement gathering from multiple departments, prioritization, and writing high-quality specs/requirements for developers/integrators.
  • •Strong business process modeling using BPMN 2.0 and UML.
  • •Ability to translate between technical teams (R&D, engineers, technologists), business stakeholders (procurement, logistics, warehouse), and IT.
