Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure orders comply with Samsung Electronics’ policies, programs, and master purchase agreements.
  • •Receive, submit, and manage orders in internal Samsung systems to enable shipping and invoicing in line with customer and Samsung requirements.
  • •Review and process valid order-related price adjustment claims and sales returns, including approving exceptions and resolving discrepancies.
  • •Coordinate with internal and external contacts to improve order processes, integrations, and end-to-end performance.
  • •Support new account launches with systems integrations, process optimizations, and policy agreement; maintain KPIs and handle order management escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required in a related business field.
  • •5–7 years of prior order management experience in a related business field.
  • •SAP experience.
  • •EDI experience related to order processing.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
