Job Summary

Operate bakery/processing machinery safely and continuously under general supervision to produce high-quality product. Mix and weigh ingredients, monitor temperature/moisture, track batch and production logs, and remove any improperly formed product. Perform equipment changeovers and preventative maintenance, follow sanitation and chemical handling procedures, and practice 5S and safety guidelines. Use material-handling equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks and maintain raw material levels while communicating quality issues to the team.

•Read and follow batch sheets, including weighing raw materials, and monitor/log temperatures, mix times, item numbers, and weights.
