Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify equipment, integrated systems, subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations.
  • •Assemble, install, and configure systems and equipment according to site assessments and schematics.
  • •Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions, and perform installation-related system programming and optimization.
  • •Perform routine system maintenance and analysis, including hardware component changes and configuration reviews.
  • •Provide on-site end-user training and travel frequently to customer sites to support field deployments and reduce recurring incidents.

Salary: USD 115,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Secret clearance required.
  • •DoD 8140 Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND).
  • •9+ years (or commensurate experience) with working knowledge of enterprise hardware and common networking technologies.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering documentation, technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation procedures.
  • •Strong troubleshooting and communication skills to support technical and non-technical users; ability to lift equipment (up to 50 pounds) and travel up to 50%.
