Job Summary

Provide remote and on-site technical support for deployment, installation, integration, and sustainment of modernized IT infrastructure for the Air National Guard across CONUS. Perform hands-on installation, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance of enterprise hardware, software, and network solutions, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and configuration management requirements. Work with systems, network, and cybersecurity personnel, support end-user training, and travel up to 50% to field sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify equipment, integrated systems, subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations.
•Assemble, install, and configure systems and equipment according to site assessments and schematics.
•Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions, and perform installation-related system programming and optimization.
•Perform routine system maintenance and analysis, including hardware component changes and configuration reviews.
•Provide on-site end-user training and travel frequently to customer sites to support field deployments and reduce recurring incidents.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Secret clearance required.
•DoD 8140 Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND).
•9+ years (or commensurate experience) with working knowledge of enterprise hardware and common networking technologies.
•Ability to interpret engineering documentation, technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation procedures.
•Strong troubleshooting and communication skills to support technical and non-technical users; ability to lift equipment (up to 50 pounds) and travel up to 50%.
