Job Summary

Lead enterprise-scale customer engagements by directing programs and release planning for complex CRM and related projects. Manage and develop a team of program/project managers, drive delivery using Agile practices, and remove obstacles to ensure business and customer outcomes (CSAT). Partner with cross-functional leaders—including product, scrum, TechOps, and release management—to manage dependencies, forecast metrics, govern program execution, and deliver accurate status updates to executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead programs by aligning scope, release planning, program structure, and cross-functional teams to vision and business goals.
•Drive program teams through Agile delivery, make key decisions, and remove obstacles to meet strategic program vision.
•Provide ongoing program status reporting on issues, risks, and metrics, including monthly program reviews and sprint review updates.
•Manage program/feature dependencies across multiple teams, scrum teams, functions, divisions, and stakeholders.
•Partner with functional leaders and executives to ensure delivery standards, secure business outcomes, and provide accurate forecasts and metrics.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in program management leading enterprise-scale CRM (or similar) projects, including 5+ years leading multiple work streams.
•10+ years of experience with management consulting or consulting services.
•Parallel implementation experience; SFDC experience is not required.
•Demonstrated project leadership with responsibility for running project teams, budgeting, and scheduling against customer or vendor contracts.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
