Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead program leaders to maintain portfolio health end-to-end, including scope and release planning, and secure cross-functional alignment while protecting deal margin.
  • •Drive teams through program/project governance using Agile and strong analytical skills.
  • •Manage key program meetings to make decisions, remove obstacles, address issues, and coordinate cross-functional recovery when needed.
  • •Ensure executive-level visibility through ongoing status reporting and monthly executive program reviews, including sprint-review updates on goals, risks, and critical issues.
  • •Own Professional Services Delivery engagement accountability in the region, including deal acceptance, escalation management, forecasting/metrics, and pre-sales to delivery alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •20+ years of experience (with 10+ years leading multiple work streams) in program management for enterprise-scale CRM (or similar) projects.
  • •15+ years experience with management consulting or consulting services, with parallel implementation experience required.
  • •Demonstrated project leadership with responsibility for running project teams, budgeting, and scheduling against customer/vendor contracts.
  • •Experience leading enterprise-wide engagements, managing conflict, and communicating effectively with executives and remote teams.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology (or equivalent) and PMP certification preferred.
