Job Summary

Provide after-hours and overnight field service to install, repair, and maintain compressor equipment, including fault finding and technical preventative maintenance. Deliver customer support for assigned equipment, maintain accurate documentation and safety reporting, and coordinate day-to-day running of the service business team. Promote preventive maintenance plans, pass sales leads to sales staff, and meet weekly/monthly productivity targets while ensuring clean, safe work sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide after-hours call-out assistance and call-back availability when rostered on duty.
•Conduct overnight field trips to service breakdowns, maintenance, and customer support.
•Install, repair, and maintain compressors, performing fault finding and repairs as needed.
•Carry out technical preventative maintenance and general service work, ensuring serviced sites are left clean and tidy.
•Perform safety risk assessments and required safety documentation, including submitting risk assessments and job safety analysis within 48 hours.

Key Requirements

•Trade Qualifications Cert III – Fitter and Turner with a minimum of 5 years’ maintenance experience.
•Knowledge of compressors or similar equipment.
•Ability to communicate technical and product information to internal and external customers.
•Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills, including determining root cause.
