Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and perform discipline activities including SAT and functional testing, and execute functional/operational tests for process systems.
  • •Lead commissioning activities in projects as applicable and perform inter-discipline checks to ensure integration.
  • •Prepare method statements, procedures, and routines where required, and report work progress, potential problems, or delays with recommended solutions.
  • •Receive and understand project documentation and scope of work for the discipline; ensure temporary supplies and commissioning spares are adequate for subsystem testing.
  • •Plan, monitor, and assist vendor activities as required, including support during pre-commissioning status index and commissioning technical database preparation for electrical systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 4 years in a key role in commissioning.
  • •Ability to organize and perform SAT and functional testing as applicable.
  • •Ensure PPE, PTW, and HSE requirements are adhered to at the worksite.
  • •Identify required test equipment and ensure it is safe and in operating condition prior to use.
