Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex hospitality project by owning MEP scope from preconstruction through commissioning and handover. Drive design coordination, procurement, construction, testing, and operations readiness across HVAC, electrical, ELV/ICT, fire & life safety, plumbing, and controls/BMS. Manage schedule, budget, risk, change control, RFIs/submittals, QA/QC and safety, and serve as the primary client/brand MEP point of contact while reporting KPIs and forecasts to leadership.

•Develop integrated master plans, delivery strategies, and stage-gate approvals for central plant/chiller plant, high voltage, and electrical distribution.
•Oversee site logistics, installation quality, integration, and resolve RFIs while managing submittals and shop drawings with QA/QC and safety standards.
•Lead commissioning, handover, and operations readiness, including delivery of training and O&M documentation.
•Serve as the primary MEP point-of-contact for the client and brand; manage risk registers/mitigation plans and report progress, KPIs, and forecasts to leadership/client.

Salary: USD 162,875.2 - 301,319.1 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Engineering or Construction Management (or similar) and 12 years of relevant MEP construction project management experience, including 4 years of leadership or demonstrated equivalency.
•Demonstrated delivery of MEP systems end-to-end (design through commissioning) on multi-million-dollar hospitality or comparable complex projects.
•Deep knowledge of hotel brand standards and authority requirements, including integration of kitchens, laundry, pool/spa, back-of-house, and guest room controls/BMS.
•Strong command of local codes/standards such as ASHRAE, NEC/IEC, NFPA, IPC, IECC, including life-safety/egress requirements.
•Proficiency with BIM-based coordination and PM tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit/Navisworks, BIM 360, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera P6, Procore).
