Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a strategic vision and roadmap for eLearning initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
•Establish evaluation metrics and methods to measure eLearning effectiveness and drive improvements.
•Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and convert it into engaging, interactive online courses for different audiences and learning styles.
•Oversee the development of eLearning content aligned with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
•Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables; conduct quality assurance and address compliance issues; incorporate new eLearning technologies and trends.

Key Requirements

•Graduate degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or a related field (master’s preferred).
•5–7 years of experience in an L&D, training department, or a content creation field.
•At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within an eLearning, instructional design team, or content design team.
•Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in eLearning and instructional design.
•Experience conducting quality assurance checks and addressing compliance issues in eLearning content and delivery.
