Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the guardian of operational performance (service quality, delivery costs) for our external delivery partners and ensure reporting.
  • •Perform ad-hoc analyses to identify improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to achieve operational excellence in our logistic flows.
  • •Industrialize these analyses via reporting tools to facilitate decision making.
  • •Actively participate in various logistic projects (continuous improvement, partnership negotiations and contracting, launching new delivery services, expanding the delivery offer).
