Job Summary

Participate in a 2-year Operations Engineering Graduate Development Program focused on aerospace manufacturing. Year 1 delivers immersive shopfloor experience across Collins manufacturing, covering daily operations management, CNC machining, production execution, quality systems awareness, OEE/performance analysis, and root-cause corrective actions. Year 2 expands through cross-functional engineering rotations and real business projects in quality, productivity, delivery performance, process optimization, and Factory of the Future initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete a comprehensive 12-month shopfloor immersion across Collins manufacturing operations to build operational foundations and discipline
•Participate in daily manufacturing and production operations while supporting operational execution and shopfloor problem-solving
•Analyze manufacturing data and operational performance trends to identify issues and opportunities
•Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement/productivity initiatives
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering and operational projects and present updates, findings, and recommendations

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of working experience
•Strong interest in aerospace manufacturing and operations
•Willingness to work in a hands-on shopfloor manufacturing environment
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and learning agility capability
•Good communication, interpersonal skills, and demonstrated teamwork/growth mindset
