Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Transcribe medical reports and physician notes for accurate storage in Cerner EMR.
•Assist and train physicians and healthcare teams on administrative tasks, including insurance requests, patient documentation, and data management.
•Review, edit, and develop essential medical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
•Coordinate with medical staff on referrals, sick leave, escort leaves, and requests for protected medical information.
•Ensure patient records are precise, comprehensive, and compliant with billing and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•Experience with Cerner (Oracle System) is essential.
•Excellent transcription, typing, and administrative skills.
•Proficiency in medical terminologies and healthcare documentation.
•Strong computer literacy, interpersonal communication skills, and attention to detail.
•Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
