Key Responsibilities

  • •Run the floor end to end, owning scheduling, operator utilization, station uptime, and weekly throughput that delivers accepted hours at the quality bar.
  • •Build the operator bench by recruiting, leveling, and developing operators and senior operators to support multiple shifts and sites.
  • •Ensure one standard everywhere by applying the same playbook, metrics, and quality bar across all floors and partner sites.
  • •Turn problems into process by root-causing floor slowdowns and shipping SOPs, layouts, and tooling to accelerate each new site ramp.
  • •Partner with quality and annotation to ensure collected hours convert into training-ready data and report company-wide truth on collected hours, quality, and cost.

Key Requirements

  • •Have built data collection at scale, including experience running teleoperation, glove, or human-data operations that differentiate collected hours vs. hours that train a model.
  • •Be fluent in throughput operations—scheduling, utilization, yield, and the details required to run a working floor reliably.
  • •Maintain a world-class quality bar in measured operations without slowing throughput.
  • •Demonstrate deep ownership and bias for action to identify what needs doing and make it happen.
  • •Build and develop teams by hiring well and coaching effectively to get operators to their best performance.
