Key Responsibilities

  • •Support maintenance and evaluation of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and cost standards aligned with corporate policies and production processes.
  • •Analyze purchase prices, cost variances, labor production efficiencies, and unit rates to identify drivers and improvement opportunities.
  • •Assist with month-end close, including compiling costs for billing, inventory reconciliation, and timely invoice submission.
  • •Analyze inventory losses and partner with Operations to identify root causes and maintain inventory costing methodologies.
  • •Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis for material and labor unit rates, cross-train as backup, and support data accuracy/enhancements in the ERP environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
  • •Experience with Power BI and Power Automate is a plus.
  • •Experience with Office Scripts, VBA, and/or macros is a plus.
  • •Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, nested formulas, advanced functions).
