Content Designer (Third-Party Associate)

Design and develop internal culture content that turns organizational values and initiatives into engaging employee experiences through storytelling, visuals, and video. Partner with stakeholders to shape content strategies, ensure consistent messaging across internal channels, and apply content design principles to structure information across formats. Manage end-to-end production from pre-production planning through post-production, optimize for different platforms, and collaborate with HR and vendors to deliver culture-building activations.
