Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical value realization for a portfolio of strategic customers from first live data through durable adoption and expansion.
  • •Work inside customer tenants and systems to understand AI workflows, operational constraints, and consequential problems.
  • •Independently interrogate traces using Origin’s dashboard, SQL/ClickHouse, APIs, and MCP-based tools to uncover useful discoveries.
  • •Turn discoveries into working artifacts such as queries, dashboards, signals, integrations, workflows, prototypes, and production code.
  • •Lead technical discovery with customer engineers, security teams, and executives, translating ambiguous problems into tractable technical work and defining what becomes core platform leverage.

Key Requirements

  • •At least five years of experience building and delivering production software, data systems, security products, or technically complex enterprise solutions.
  • •Strong hands-on engineering across Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Rust, APIs, backend systems, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
  • •Ability to independently explore unfamiliar, high-volume datasets and find meaningful signals inside noisy operational data.
