•Serve as a technical point of contact for developers, exchanges, and wallet partners integrating with Ondo products.
•Provide hands-on support for minting, redemption, and integration workflows for tokenized stocks and RWAs.
•Create developer-facing resources including documentation, tutorials, code samples, and FAQ guides.
•Foster and grow Ondo’s developer presence in the US.
•Gather partner/developer feedback and collaborate with engineering, product, business development, and operations to ensure a seamless partner experience.

•2+ years experience in Solutions Engineering or related Developer Relations/Developer Support; Web3 experience preferred.

•Ability to work independently in a distributed, multicultural team across time zones.
•Technical proficiency to understand code, debug integration issues, and communicate with engineers.
