Job Summary

Scale R&D operations by building clear sources of truth, strengthening planning and leadership operating rhythms, and coordinating cross-functionally across Product, Design, Engineering, Research, and GTM. Create workback plans for complex initiatives, support quarterly and annual OKRs, and translate product usage and customer/revenue signals into regular operating cadence. Reduce friction with lightweight templates, dashboards, and playbooks that improve visibility, follow-through, and momentum.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain sources of truth for portfolio priorities, milestones, dependencies, owners, decisions, risks, and progress.
•Strengthen cross-functional operating rhythms (planning cadences, leadership syncs, showcases, QBRs, all hands, and forums).
•Create and manage workback plans for complex product initiatives, clarifying milestones, dependencies, decision points, success measures, and follow-through.
•Improve horizontal coordination across Product, Design, Engineering, Research, GTM, Data, and other partners so the right people are in the right conversations.
•Support development, communication, and tracking of quarterly and annual OKRs and connect goals and metrics across portfolios and teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 126,200 - 170,800 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in product operations, R&D operations, program management, business operations, strategy and operations, or a related role in a technology environment.

•Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to create clarity and ensure follow-through.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to build trust and influence across senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
•Comfort navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to complex, evolving systems without unnecessary overhead.
