Key Responsibilities

  • •Rotate across STP functions including Sales, Account Management, Execution Services, Financing, Solutions Architecture, and Research to build a comprehensive view of institutional client needs.

  • •Create pitchbooks and outreach materials for client presentations and high-value prospect engagement.
  • •Triage and follow up on inbound leads to qualify sales opportunities, tracking progress across product campaigns.
  • •Research and propose process improvements that grow and strengthen the STP business.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Currently in your junior year of an undergraduate program (rising senior in summer 2026) with demonstrated academic achievement.
  • •Knowledge of the crypto/blockchain industry and familiarity with financial markets, with the ability to contextualize market trends for institutional audiences.
  • •Experience with crypto ecosystems (e.g., self-custody, DeFi, staking, trading) through personal use, coursework, or projects.
  • •Demonstrated ability to produce clear, structured written deliverables such as research summaries, presentations, or market analysis.
  • •Utilize generative AI responsibly with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable workflow improvements.
