Job Summary

Drive applied AI innovation by integrating, deploying, and operating AI/ML (including LLMs) in both classified and unclassified environments. Build secure AI pipelines across cloud, tactical, and embedded systems, transition prototypes into production, and support applied research maturation. Lead organizational enablement through guidance, training, and best practices, collaborate across engineering and research, and evaluate new technologies while ensuring compliance with security and government standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Integrate and deploy AI/ML models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and emerging architectures.
•Build and operate secure AI pipelines across cloud, tactical, and embedded environments.
•Transition prototypes into production systems and support applied research maturation.
•Provide guidance, training, and best practices to enable the organization; collaborate with engineering, research, program leadership, and customers.
•Evaluate new technologies for compliance with security and government standards; contribute to proposals and technical communication.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree with a minimum of 12 years’ relevant experience.
•Experience as an AI practitioner applying AI technologies to solve challenges including SW development, SW security, automation, and operational workflows.
•Experience with delivery of production AI systems.
•Experience designing, training, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced machine-learning models, including implementing secure ML Ops and DevSecOps practices.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government issued TS/SCI security clearance after day 1; U.S. citizenship is required.
