Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and update personal tool inventory quarterly to maintain calibration and replacement compliance.
  • •Complete daily customer or supervisor work assignments.
  • •Troubleshoot, identify problems, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems by phone or on site.
  • •Understand and process warranty claims in the field; provide warranty support and submit service reports.
  • •Maintain safety and environmental requirements, use required PPE, and communicate professionally with customers and internal staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete TL1 and TL2 training and Safe Start Modules 1-5 within required timelines.
  • •Maintain required Mine Safety & Health Administration (MSHA) training certificates or complete the program(s) to obtain them by the manager-required date.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to operate commercial vehicles if required; maintain an active license.
  • •Basic computer skills and ability to read basic hydraulic and 24-volt schematics while demonstrating mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic.
  • •Own hand tools and expand personal tool inventory using the required tool list; ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • •Certificate of completion for a technical or trade school or equivalent relevant experience (2–5 years for Level 2; 5+ years for Level 3).
