Plant Manager

Lead and manage overall plant operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost targets, driving plant safety culture and meeting KPI goals for safety, quality, waste, and productivity. Own human capital planning, hiring and development for a large facility, compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and communication across the plant. Guide process control, budgeting, capex execution, continuous improvement/CI growth, employee engagement, and best-practice sharing with other facilities.
