  • •Lead and drive plant safety culture, putting safety first in all responsibilities.
  • •Identify improvement opportunities using KPI performance data across safety, quality, waste, and productivity.
  • •Oversee human capital planning and management for the facility, including goal setting, performance management, and succession planning.
  • •Ensure compliance with department safety/product safety/fire protection/company policies and housekeeping programs.
  • •Lead budgeting and capex execution, manage manufacturing SOPs/process control, and drive CI culture and employee engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience in a production environment.
  • •7+ years of leadership experience, preferably in flexible packaging.
  • •Demonstrated passion for safety and ability to lead safety culture.
  • •Proven ability to drive continuous improvement; Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred.
