Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer monthly calculation and payment of sales incentive compensation for commissionable employees, including monthly audits and data reviews.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for commission incentive inquiries; resolve disputes and process corrections/adjustments.
  • •Ensure accurate and timely distribution of sales compensation letters to new hires and educate them on their incentive plan and monthly commission statements.
  • •Support external audit firms by providing commission-related documentation and maintaining thorough records and audit trails.
  • •Support execution and administration of sales compensation plans and partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to implement plan logic in compensation tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a quantitative/technical field.
  • •2–3+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, accounting, data analytics, or engineering roles.
  • •Prior experience supporting commissions for a global sales organization with hundreds of commissionable employees.
  • •ICM platform experience (Incentive Compensation Management), with CaptivateIQ strongly preferred (Xactly or Varicent accepted).
  • •Advanced Excel skills and experience with Salesforce; SQL and reporting tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI) are a plus.
