Job Summary

Drive in-store sales while delivering outstanding customer service and using product knowledge and proven selling techniques to hit monthly targets. Build customer relationships through cross/upselling, maintain strong floor presence, and keep the shop clean, tidy, and visually merchandised per guidelines. Support daily operations by processing and replenishing merchandise, staying current on promotions and new releases, and following payment, exchange, and loss-prevention procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain strong floor presence, promote customer service excellence, and attend to customers’ needs to drive sales.
•Build customer relationships, cross/upsell, and deliver excellent product awareness to achieve monthly targets.
•Ensure the shop is clean, tidy, and meets communicated visual merchandising and display standards.
•Stay aware of products, promotions, advertisements, and new releases; process and replenish merchandise and receive stock.
•Recognize security risks and thefts, follow payment/exchange and loss-prevention procedures, complete trainings, and handle customer complaints and escalations.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or a Bachelor’s/Technical degree.
•No previous experience needed.
•Deliver customer service excellence and use product knowledge to support sales targets.
•Maintain correct visual merchandising standards and shop presentation according to guidelines.
•Follow policies and procedures, including payments and exchanges, security practices, and loss prevention.
