Job Summary

Lead and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and related modules. Own solution design, development, and deployment while collaborating with stakeholders to define scope and architecture scalable ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship, customize/configure applications, integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP and MID Servers, and ensure code quality, performance, security, and compliance. Support pre-sales with demos and proposal development.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
•Customize and configure ServiceNow applications while maintaining platform integrity and adhering to security and compliance standards.
•Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers; conduct code reviews and performance tuning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
•Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
•Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
•Experience across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
