•Establish and maintain Brand focus across the store, driving engagement, knowledge and passion for Burberry among the team.
•Be on the shop floor and lead as a brand ambassador, modelling Burberry behaviours and maintaining a luxury store environment.
•Coach the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience, providing feedback and developing talent to sustain high performance.
•Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines and luxury presentation standards across the store, leveraging digital assets to enhance customer experience.
•Drive store performance and profitability through recruitment, staff development, succession planning, and building long-term customer relationships.
