Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the HelloFresh WMS applications (Infios/Warehouse Advantage and DAI/Dematic Matflo) for assigned facilities, including level one support for end users.
  • •Manage WMS configuration, user menu profiles, and security setup based on operations functional roles.
  • •Facilitate end-user training and assist with System Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation.
  • •Participate in requirements definition and technical design for product enhancements with vendors/consulting partners.
  • •Coordinate QC, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot WMS integrations, and create reports for improved operational visibility.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years supporting a WMS in RF-based distribution, manufacturing, or e-commerce fulfillment (Infios/Körber/HighJump Warehouse Advantage preferred; DAI/Dematic Matflo a plus).
  • •Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets for data gathering and creating custom reports.
  • •Fluency in English to collaborate with local and global teams.
  • •Strong operational and technical aptitude to analyze and improve workflows.
  • •Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
