Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage customer complaints through CIM (or equivalent), ensuring timely communication, containment actions, and complete documentation.
  • •Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using structured problem-solving tools (8D, RCA, FMEA).
  • •Provide regular, clear updates to customers and act as the primary quality contact with professional, diplomatic communication.
  • •Own end-to-end warranty processes, coordinate field service activities and on-site interventions, and ensure accurate case closure within timelines.
  • •Analyze warranty and field performance data (KPIs like PPM/DPU/RCCA closure rate/complaint rate) and prepare customer quality reports and improvement plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality engineering, customer quality, warranty management, field quality, or related functions.
  • •Hands-on experience managing customer complaints, warranty processes, and field issues in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong technical understanding of medium-voltage (MV) switchgear, electrical panels, protection components, and power distribution systems.
  • •Knowledge of structured problem-solving and quality tools (8D, RCA, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA) and standards such as ISO 9001 and IEC 62271-200 (audit experience a plus).
