Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
  • •Process customer purchases accurately using Foodics/FoodX POS.
  • •Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions following company cash handling procedures.
  • •Monitor and maintain Grab & Go chillers: ensure products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and within expiry dates; replenish and rotate stock using FIFO.
  • •Support operations by coordinating with dispatch/operations for timely availability, resolving inquiries professionally, and maintaining hygiene/food safety and cleanliness standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier, retail, or customer service role, preferably in F&B, convenience retail, or Grab & Go.
  • •Experience using Foodics/FoodX POS systems is highly preferred.
  • •Currently based in Oman or eligible to work in Oman.
  • •Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • •Strong cash handling, POS proficiency, and attention to detail, including FIFO stock replenishment and chilled display monitoring.
