Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose organizational and procedural weaknesses and define/execute targeted quality and supply chain improvement plans.
  • •Conduct industrial robustness, production capacity, and capability audits across suppliers.
  • •Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis, and coach supplier executive teams.
  • •Lead strategic supplier transformation projects to mitigate quality risks and reinforce supply chain sustainability.

Key Requirements

  • •Academic background in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • •Proven background in industrial crisis management, capacity auditing, and supplier performance recovery.
  • •Advanced mastery of continuous improvement methodologies and quality tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, process control).
  • •High degree of autonomy and strong leadership skills to influence executive stakeholders.
  • •Negotiation level in English for international deployments.
