Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Project Managers/Project Director by coordinating and administering projects through all phases of design and construction.
  • •Provide support to deliver client services at the highest level and address client needs.
  • •Help prepare project documentation and deliverables including reports, schedules, invoices, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes/agendas, daily reports, change orders, inspections, and closeout materials.
  • •Coordinate project-team meetings and communicate conceptual designs and project documentation before, during, and after construction.
  • •Maintain basis of design/prototype/template specifications, review and inform design RFPs, and manage external design consultants throughout the process.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred.
  • •8+ years of experience in construction project coordination (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree).
  • •Experience in design/architecture/civil works and working on large-scale construction programs.
  • •Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and the MS Office Suite.
  • •Strong client-facing presentation skills and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
