Job Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service and sales in the Levi’s® Outlet Store, using the 3C’s of Success (Connect, Consult, Close). Build strong product knowledge, meet daily sales and performance goals, and comply with cash handling, security, safety, and loss prevention standards. Support store operations by assisting with replenishment, merchandising tasks, pricing updates, inventory and cycle counts, and maintaining store appearance and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide exceptional customer service using the 3C’s of Success (Connect, Consult, Close).
•Demonstrate strong product knowledge and meet or exceed store and individual sales performance goals.
•Comply with cash handling guidelines, security, safety, and loss prevention programs.
•Assist with replenishment, security tagging, and pricing of merchandise as needed.
•Support inventory and store operations including physical inventory, cycle counts, and maintaining store appearance and housekeeping.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 12 - 19.95 hourly
