Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage projects end-to-end across costs, planning, budget, quality, and risks.
  • •Represent the client’s interests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Pilot general contractor organizations, total contractors, suppliers, mandatories, and consultants engaged directly.
  • •Develop, analyze, and monitor project schedules and key milestones; identify critical activities and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
  • •Ensure clear information flow via regular meetings, progress reports, and written communications, including financial follow-up and regular reporting on progress, risks, and decisions needed.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years’ experience managing construction or real-estate projects.
  • •At least 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland, including recent experience in the Swiss market.
  • •Be currently based in Lausanne or its region.
  • •Strong understanding of the Swiss construction market, its practices, its stakeholders, and its contractual environment.
  • •Fluent French (essential) and fluent English (essential); German is an asset.
