Key Responsibilities

•Build and execute Fora's partner marketing framework: campaigns, co-marketing programs, seasonal promotions, and partner communications.
•Design deal processes, structures and promotional mechanics that drive measurable advisor booking behavior.
•Develop the materials and packaging that enable our account management team to sell partner programs effectively.
•Build a feedback loop on existing partner promotions or offers—tracking performance, identifying what's working, and iterating.
•Develop case studies and proof points that support partner growth conversations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years in partner marketing, growth marketing, or B2B marketing at a marketplace, travel platform, or premium consumer brand
•Experience building marketing programs that drive commercial outcomes—measure success in revenue and adoption, not impressions
•Ability to own both strategy and execution—write the brief and ship the campaign
•Strong understanding of how advisor or distribution channels work; travel industry experience a strong plus
•Sharp communicator comfortable presenting to senior external stakeholders
