Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide oversight of contractor compliance with contract requirements and standards under the USACE 3-Phase inspection program, including inspection levels and deficiency correction documentation.
  • •Complete and maintain comprehensive field records, including daily reports with work performed, field measurements/computations, and observations.
  • •Participate in technical review of submittals and develop inspection plans to ensure conformity to USACE standards and specifications.
  • •Document construction observations, issue discrepancy notices for non-compliant items, and develop punch lists after walkthroughs.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety regulations, USACE requirements, and building codes; resolve construction installation conflicts and support tests/demonstrations/instructions.

Key Requirements

  • •HS + 10 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education).

  • •Knowledge of the USACE Three Phase Inspection Process and EM 385-1 Safety Requirements.
  • •CQM Certification (or retired military) is preferred.
